Richard Slater brings Disney cheer to Cheshire
A Personal Travel Agent in Cheshire is celebrating after being chosen by Disney Destinations UK to become one of only 25 UK "Disney Specialist Agents" to work collaboratively in selling its holiday portfolio, and make dreams come true.
Richard Slater, based in Henbury, won the accolade after submitting a detailed business plan to the family favourite, showcasing his enthusiasm and commitment to customer service and knowledge about the Disney product.
As a Personal Travel Agent, Richard's business is a franchise of The Mid-Counties Co-operative Travel, and he runs the business from home offering his customers flexibility in order to work around their busy families, as well as tailoring holidays to suit their needs.
Walt Disney World Resort in Florida is now the most visited theme park on earth, attracting more than 18 million visitors a year. Its sister park Disneyland®Paris welcomed more than 14 million during 2014 and Richard now hopes to spread a little of the magic to Cheshire.
