The Alderley Restaurant at the Alderley Edge Hotel was this week awarded Restaurant of the Year in the 2009/2010 Cheshire Life Food and Wine Awards.
The North West's top hospitality accolades are chosen by a panel of independent judges who reward the producers of the very highest standards of hospitality and suppliers of the highest quality food and drink in the region.
When announcing The Alderley Restaurant as winners Cheshire Life paid tribute to "Chris Holland’s brigade who are constantly innovating with outstanding ingredients".
The Alderley Restaurant beat off stiff competition to win the award with the Chester Grosvenor and Aiden Byrne at the Church Green as the other finalists.
Ahmet Kurcer, General Manager at the Alderley Edge Hotel said "I am delighted for my team, their hard work has been recognised".
