Free computer course for adults

A free six week computer course is starting next week offering adults the chance to learn new skills in a supportive environment.

Key areas such as word processing, email, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, internet use, internet safety, backing up important files and tips on making the most of your computer will be covered.

The free Getting to Grips with Your PC course is being offered by Wellbeings, a Big Lottery funded project run by Cheshire East Council, at Wilmslow High School.

Hannah Gayle, Wellbeings Project Coordinator said "We are really pleased to be working with Wilmslow High School to offer this course, the school is keen to support community projects and has excellent facilities which are ideal for learners of all ages."

The course will run on on Tuesdays from 6pm to 7pm on February 24th, March 3rd, 17th and 24th, April 7th and 14th.
