Help build a lasting record of the impact of World War 1

ww1memories

The Team from Cheshire East Reflects have teamed up with Cheshire East Libraries, in search of memories from the First World War.

Do you have any family stories, photographs or artifacts from the First World War period that you'd like to share as an online archive?

Cheshire East Reflects are calling on residents to help build a lasting record of the impact of WW1 on the Borough. Whether it was fighting on the front lines or keeping the home fires burning, residents of Cheshire East played a significant role in the war.

If you have access to the internet, you can upload documents yourself at www.cheshireeastreflects.com.

Alternatively Wilmslow Library is offering a session from 2pm to 5pm on Thursday 29th January for people who would like assistance with scanning, photographing or simply uploading their memories to the website. Just book a slot and take your stories, photographs or artefacts along on the day.

If you would like to book a slot, contact Wilmslow Library on 01625 374060.
