Back to the decade when Abba ruled the dancefloor

On Saturday the 12th of September The Chess Nuts have organised an Abba Revival charity night which alderleyedge.com are delighted to be sponsoring. In aid of The Princes Trust, top tribute act Abba Revival will be performing at the Festival Hall.

Abba Revival are an impressive Abba tribute band performing all the familiar hits of their Swedish counterparts. Fantastic costumes, outstanding musicianship, fully choreographed dance routines and wicked Swedish accents - Abba Revival faithfully re-create the look, sound and atmosphere of this pop phenomenon.

As reported in July The Chess-Nuts, a group of five from Chess Telecoms in Alderley Edge, have come together to take part in The Prince's Trust Capgemini Wild UK Challenge in early September. This three day competition involves hiking, biking and kayaking 100 miles across breathtaking stretches of Somerset and Devon, racing against other teams and the clock.

In order to take part The Chess Nuts need to raise over £4000 for charity so even when the Capgemini Wild UK Challenge is over, which is sure to have pushed them to their limits both physically and mentally, The Chess Nuts fundraising will be ongoing.

Tickets for the Abba Revival charity night are £20 each and include a 2 course meal, prize raffle, a great DJ to round off the night and hopefully a few planned surprises. For more information please call 07816 447898 / 07825 757404 or email [email protected].
