Chris Holland from the Alderley Edge Hotel, which currently has 2 AA rosettes, has kindly offered to provide alderleyedge.com with a series of seasonal recipes.

 

Chris has been Head Chef at the hotel for five years where the restaurant serves Modern British food made from locally sourced ingredients, delivering fresh clean flavours. Whilst Chris always strives for perfection he explained to me that he "keeps things simple and lets the ingredients do the talking". Chris has created these recipes specifically for alderleyedge.com and personally tested them all to ensure they are accessible to the home cook, enabling you to create a really impressive dinner party.
