School pupils reunited

As the school has just celebrated its tenth birthday, it seems appropriate to set up the AESG Old Girls' Association which aims to bring together past pupils and staff from the last ten years of the school. Many people have now moved on and begun their lives all over the world, whilst some have remained local.

On Friday 3rd July the Association was launched and although attendance was a little on the small side we already have over 100 people wanting to sign up to become members as well as over 400 members on the Facebook group that has been created.

Our aim of the Association is to allow past pupils and staff to get in touch with friends who they may have lost contact with as well as informing everyone of school events that they may wish to attend such as the annual Arts Festival in the Summer term, the School Christmas Fair, lunchtime concerts that run throughout the year involving performances from current pupils of the school and other events such as quizzes organised by the PFA.

Anyone who is interested in getting involved in the Old Girls' Association and would like to become a member please get in touch.
