Featured Event - Hyssop is a new "Pop-Up Restaurant" venture that will offer a one-off culinary experience from a team of devoted foodies.
Hyssop is brought to you by a team of three friends from Manchester, who between them share a love of great food from local suppliers accompanied by delicious wines and beers. Head Chef, Paul Sykes, has honed his skills working for the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Michael Caines and Simon Rogan. He has a wealth of experience working in the restaurant industry and is incredibly excited about being given the opportunity to showcase his skills to the people of Wilmslow.
Hyssop is delighted to announce that, in partnership with Rise Coffee Shop, they are hosting a one-off pop-up restaurant.
The menu will consist of a nine-course tasting menu, which will include such delights as soy caramel lamb, broccoli custard and burnt butter ice cream (not all on the same plate!). The full menu is available in the gallery above.
