Cheshire East Council is in the process of considering the most appropriate locations for future housing growth in the Borough and within local centres, such as Alderley Edge.
Story Homes believe that the land at Ryleys Farm provides a highly sustainable location for new housing together with the opportunity to deliver a wide range of community benefits both on and off site.
Their plans are at an early stage, but they would like to invite you along to a consultation to listen to your views and to explain the benefits that the development of up to 300 new homes on the south west side of the village could bring to Alderley Edge.
The public consultation event will take place from 2.00pm – 8.00pm at The Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge, SK9 7HR.
