7:00am London Road closed to traffic
7:30am Set up of tables and chairs down one side of the street (Barclays side) including white and red tablecloths
9:00am Imagine FM arrive, they will be broadcasting until about 4pm.
11:30am We would like the residents to arrive to begin the party
12:00noon Dazzle the clown starts his magic show
12:30pm The fancy dress competition will be judged : The theme for the fancy dress will be the Diamond Jubilee, Britain, the Monarchy, and Red White and Blue.
13:00pm ish Toni James band will do their first 45minute set: singing modern and 1950's songs that most people will know and enjoy.
Dazzle the Clown will go around the tables doing magic and doing what clowns do.
14:30pm Another set by Toni James
16:00 - 17:00pm The tables and chairs will be removed from the village
21:00pm London Road will be re-opened.

All the places available on the big street party table to be placed down London Road have now been booked. There will be some extra seating available on the day, which cannot be reserved, as benches will be placed around the stage area near Barclays Bank. All residents who haven't booked are welcome to come along and join in, although there will not be any more seating.
