I booked a table for my sons 13th bday,the booking was made a week before and i requested a table in the bar area.The day before we were to dine there i popped into the restaurant to confirm we had a table in the bar area,I was told we had,I also asked for a birthday cake for my son.On the evening of our booking we arrived in good time,a large group were in front of us who were shown to a big table in the bar area,we were told to wait at the bar. After a good while we were shown to a table in the back of the restaurant,when asked why this was the waiter said a group had walked in off the street,they had nowhere to put them so they were given our table!!! my sons bday cake never arrived either despite me reminding them when we arrived.
